All orders placed through hvex.in depend upon inventory verification and operational logistics. All catalog prices are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated at checkout.

Prepaid purchases are processed via encrypted RBI-compliant payment gateways supporting UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and Net Banking. Payment credentials remain tokenized and are never retained by our platform servers.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that suspect automated scalping, unauthorized dealer resale, or technical pricing discrepancies, with immediate refund issuing.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes across India. COD orders require mandatory OTP or telephonic address verification prior to warehouse dispatch to deter non-deliveries.

Orders are fulfilled and handed to express couriers within 24 to 48 business hours following transaction confirmation. Sunday and national holiday processing rolls over to the following working day.

Metro destinations generally receive packages within 2 to 4 business days. Non-metro regions, regional centers, and remote locations may take up to 6 business days depending on surface transit connectivity.

Customers must not accept tampered or physically damaged external boxes from courier personnel. Claims of shipping loss or physical missing items must be documented within 48 hours of recorded delivery.

Due to the exact technical sizing required for athletic compression tights, base layers, and heat-dissipating tops, we offer a dedicated 7-day size replacement program from the verified date of delivery.

Athletic supporter wear, compression briefs, and socks are strictly final sale for personal hygiene safety, except in certified instances of material manufacturing defect discovered immediately upon delivery.

Garments submitted for exchange must remain completely unwashed, unworn during exercise, free of body odor or chalk residue, and enclosed within original branded packaging with intact barcode tags.

Approved refunds for returnable apparel are credited to original payment instruments within 5 to 7 business days following warehouse inspection. COD orders are refunded via verified UPI or direct NEFT transfer.

Statutory Governance

Intellectual Property, Liability, and Dispute Arbitration

The HVEX name, technical weave designs, compression patterns, visual trademarks, and site architecture represent proprietary intellectual property protected under Indian copyright and trademark statutes. Unauthorized duplication or commercial imitation is actionable.

HVEX activewear is engineered to support intense training, but users remain solely responsible for consulting healthcare providers before undertaking extreme physical workouts. HVEX disclaims indirect or consequential liability for personal athletic misadventure.

These Terms shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of unresolvable consumer disagreement, proceedings shall fall under the competent jurisdictional courts of New Delhi, India.
